Tickets can be purchased in advance using Eventbrite link for fast track entry at reception, or pay on the door by cash or card.

The Well Being Shows enable visitors to browse the stands, talk to the stall holders, attend free talks, presentations and demonstrations and leave with ideas of how to be a Well Being – whether its enjoying a relaxing treatment, buying crystals or gifts, signing up for courses and workshops in hypnotherapy, alternative therapies, personal development etc or trying a free session in the Yoga Studio – there’s something for everyone.

Set in a spacious and airy venue, there’s plenty of room for stall holders and visitors, dedicated talk/presentation rooms.
Catering facilities offer Visitors a selection of hot and cold refreshments or bring your own picnic.
Visitors can enjoy spacious and ample free parking close to the Venue.
The Showground venue is easily accessible from all major routes, it is laid out all on one level and has excellent facilities. There are 2 talk rooms and a packed and varied schedule where stall holders present talks and demonstrations throughout the weekend and a whole host of interesting stalls for Visitors to browse – retail, therapy, readers, authors, information.
A family friendly event with an activity area for our younger visitors to do some crafting and colouring (materials supplied).

Many stalls accept card payments, however some only accept cash payments – please come prepared with both cash and cards. There are no ATM facilities at the Showground.
You are encouraged to Pre book your tickets using the link to Eventbrite, however tickets may be purchased on the door (cash and card payments accepted)

Venue Policy is Registered Assistance Dogs only within the venue, however dogs are welcome to enjoy the acres of space at the Showground with their owners.
